It's Tea Season and Sick Season!
Well it's always tea season but there's no denying that tea in the winter just hits different. When your bones are cold and you are feeling all out of sorts, there's usually a tea that can help with that.
A little background on tea's. There are 2 types. Decoctions and infusions. Decoctions are when herbs get boiled down.
Infusions are when you pour boiling hot or cold water over herbs and allow to infuse into water. Usually steeped 5-7 minutes.
With that being said here are some of my favorite tea blends for whatever ails you this winter season.
